Hi Iām Natalie!
Hi there! My name is Natalie Ater. I am a graphic designer born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Since I was a little girl, I have always loved making art and using any opportunity I could to create.
I played both indoor and beach volleyball since I was eight years old, and I was able to take both of my passions of art and volleyball to the collegiate level. After four years of beach volleyball, with two years of indoor volleyball, I graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a degree in Graphic Design & Strategy.
During my time at OKWU I gained experience in layout, typography, editing, web design, branding design, project management, and so much more! I was able to work on some really cool projects, such as, tournament logos, brand development, and even the student short film documentary. My athletic career gave me extra practice in working with a team, the importance of collaboration, and how to use my passion to drive me to be the best I can be.
I truly love to create and design! When I am not designing, I am usually crafting or doing some DIY project! If I can make something myself, trust me, I will, whether it is physical or digital.
I love to incorporate a story or reference into my designs. I am a very passionate and driven person, and I love to reflect that into all of my work. I am always looking for opportunities to practice and further develop my skills, and I am up to face any challenge!
